It hasn't been the easiest thing to understand. The why's particularly. Doubt anyone would blame you if it took a few days to digest.

I suppose that is wise. It's... a very peculiar set of protocols, for such a situation. It almost seems to lend itself to even more tragedy than what's already occurred.
