[Akihiko's experience with magic is very limited to that that can be used for fighting -- Persona spells, in other words -- so what he's seeing now is novel to him. It seems so...effortless, even though Hawke just said it'd take him effort to do more than this!]
There are a few places that's safe enough. A number of us have had to see where our abilities have recovered to and sparring has been quite an interesting experience.

Maker knows I haven't had so much physical practice in ages like this. Magic is quite convenient but it doesn't require nearly as much upkeep as a blade does.
You can't let that happen. Body and mind are connected, and I guess magic is a third element now. If you don't keep all three at full strength, you won't reach your full potential!

Marcoh trained me often. I doubt I could defeat him, but other than him I'm confident about defeat anyone else!
